It is a product of up to 40 different whiskies and is aged in ex-bourbon or ex-sherry before being blended all together in oak casks to marry the whisky. With Clear gold color. Toasty, nutty aromas and flavors of toasted raisin bread, butter roasted almonds, dried peach and apple and leather with a silky, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a warming, interesting, long honey toasted grain, almond milk, caramelized nuts, and grassy earth finish.
In 1851, Sir Edwin Landseer made an oil canvas delineation of a stag in the Scottish Highlands called, "The Monarch of the Glen. A moment perfect work of art, the depiction was to a great degree prominent through the nineteenth century. In 1919, John Dewar and Sons acquired the work of art and hung it gladly. Very nearly a hundred years after the fact, ace blender Stephanie Macleod utilized the composition as motivation for an uncommon and exceptional whisky. Dewar's 15 Year Old Blended Scotch whisky is a mix of extremely uncommon vintage single malt and single grain Scotch Whiskies. The mix is then hitched in oak containers for a light, smooth wrap up.
